Srinagar, Sep 24 (KNO): The three days exhibition inaugurated by Director General of Police (DGP), Nalin Prabhat-IPS on New Criminal Laws concluded in Jammu on Wednesday.
17 stalls were displayed by crime wing stalls, District Police, FSL, Cyber Police Station Jammu, Women Police, Finger Print Bureau, Eow, SCW, ANTF and prosecution branch etc participated and thousands of people visited the stalls and got awareness.
As per a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNOP), DGP appreciated all stalls but adjudged the stall presented by CICE J&K headed by M. Y Kichloo-IPS as the best one in terms of presentation, technological facilities, awareness and arrangements.
The public and students had maximum footfall on this stall where functioning of Cice cybercrime investigation centre for excellence was explained to the public besides different verticals and portals for registering complaint @ 1930 help line.
CybHer help desk exclusively for women was inaugurated by DGP J&K in presence of senior officers ADGP armed Anand Jain-IPS, IGP Jammu Bhim Sen Tuti, IGP Crime Branch J&K, Sujeet Kumar-IPS, DIG Doda Jammu DIG and other senior officers.
On conclusion of exhibition, Sujeet Kumar, IGP Crime Branch J&K presented the overall best presentation and performance award to M. Y Kichloo- IPS head of CICE J&K for outstanding performance.
